A clear understanding of general culinary functions as well as demonstrated knowledge within your area of expertise is a must. To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent time and task management skills and outstanding verbal communication skills.

Manage the kitchen team and lead them through high volume service periods. Ensure the quality of every single dish leaving the pass. Use your creativity to create daily specials and seasonal menus. Responsible for assisting Head Chef food and labour costs, ensuring food safety and OH&S in the kitchen and leading the kitchen team to deliver a unique dining experience.
