- Duty Manager

As the Duty mManager at this fast paced venue, you will be assisting the team with a customer-oriented focus to ensure the smooth running of service whilst on shift.
With a hands-on approach, this Duty Manager position requires the shift management of bar, wait staff and hosts. Demonstrated experience in at least two of these areas is essential, as well as experience using Point of Sale. Outstanding communication skills, leadership and adaptability are a must in this position. To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent time and task management skills, as well as be able to demonstrate your effectiveness as a team player and excellent customer service skills.
What will you bring?
A background in mid to higher end venues would be very well regarded. A minimum of 2 years managerial experience in restaurants & bars, and a background in back of house would be advantageous. Sound understanding of licensing laws & compliance is required. Both an RSA & RCG are also required.
