A world leading hospitality company is looking for someone who can provide strong management, coaching and mentoring to the wider Marketing team. Other areas of responsibility will include:

Management of the complete marketing budget.

Management of relationships with agencies and partners to ensure that briefs are executed in accordance with deadlines and budget

Development and management of the marketing calendar.

Management and implementation of the master brand strategy for the group.

Development, management and implementation of the sub brand strategy

Who are you?

You have a relevant business/marketing degree

You must be a true contemporary marketer, and have a solid understanding of digital and social integration across editorial, and owned and managed online assets

You have at least 5 years marketing experience, as well as demonstrable experience in developing and executing marketing strategies

You have a strong knowledge of, expertise in, and a passion for hospitality, food and beverage.

You are an exceptional manager, and have references to prove it, with at least 3 years’ experience managing a marketing team

You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Sydney functions and events market with a vast Rolodex of contacts within the industry. The candidate will work directly with the GM.
